Refund policy

When purchasing goods from the Website, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal. This means you have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying Emibia within 14 days from the date you or your representative received the ordered product (the withdrawal period). The right of withdrawal or exchange does not apply to personalized posters that are customized and printed upon order. The goods must be returned in the same condition as they were in upon delivery to you. If the product has been clearly used, Emibia has the right to make a deduction from the refund.

When ordering a product for which the right of withdrawal does not apply, you will be clearly informed about this. If a product has been sealed, you may not break the seal if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. The right to withdraw thus ceases when you break the seal.

If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must send a clear and explicit message to Emibia before the withdrawal period expires. You must provide your name, address, and other relevant information, such as the order number, invoice number, and the name of the product in your message. If you prefer not to use the aforementioned communication methods, you may use the standard withdrawal form provided by the Swedish Consumer Agency (see www.konsumentverket.se).

1.4

When exercising the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and for the condition of the product after you have received it and during the return shipping process. The product must be returned within 30 days from the date the notification of withdrawal was submitted to Emibia. The product must be well-packaged, in good condition, and in its original box.

1.5

When you cancel your purchase, Emibia will refund the amount you paid for the product, excluding delivery costs. Emibia has the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the product's depreciation in value compared to its original value, if and to the extent such depreciation is due to your handling of the product beyond what is necessary to determine its characteristics or functionality.

1.6

Emibia will refund the amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the date Emibia received your notification of withdrawal. However, Emibia may withhold the refund until the product has been received or you have provided proof that the product has been sent back, such as a receipt of return shipment. The refund will be made to you via the payment method you chose, provided no other agreement has been made or there are no obstacles to such a refund.
